ROUGH CUT - Synopsis In 1941 Los Angeles, against his better judgment, private investigator Chester Brown takes on a case involving the theft of a legendary cursed blue diamond and encounters a series of murders associated with its recovery. He works through leads that include notorious gangsters who want to kill him, night club singers who want to seduce him, and family secrets that will be kept at any cost. Chester breaks his own rule of maintaining neutrality when he falls for his sensuous client, risking his ability to protect himself and solve the case. |
